Refund Policy

At Vibes & Threads, we value our customers and want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent refund process.

Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags and packaging.
• Certain items such as intimate wear, personalized products, or items on clearance/sale are non-returnable.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the product cost will be refunded.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund as applicable.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
• Once shipped, orders are not eligible for cancellation.
